Return Policy

At JDFragrancexperience, I take great pride in delivering high-quality, authentic fragrances directly to my customers. Each package is personally delivered to ensure that it is brand new, carefully packaged, and in perfect condition when it reaches your hands. Due to the nature of my products and the high standards I maintain, the following return policy applies:

1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Once a fragrance has been delivered, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of my products for all customers.

2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where an error occurred on my end, such as delivering the wrong product. Refunds will not be granted for personal preference (e.g., scent preference) or if the product has been opened or used. For decants, which are personally packed by me, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from JDFragrancexperience, you acknowledge and agree to inspect your package upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations. Once delivery is complete, responsibility for the product transfers to you, the customer.
